Meet Our Team

To streamline your experience with Glencairn Projects you will be in direct contact with one of our principals, Stephanie Sullivan, Gareth Guy and Mike Mabuti.

Stephanie Sullivan / General Manager

In a distinguished career Stephanie has been a Director and senior manager in multiple companies, ranging from retail to outsourced services and consulting. 

She is passionate about education, she was a member of the Wesley College Board of Governors as well as chair of Wesley College Elsternwick Parents’ Association.

Her building experience ranges from project managing multi-million dollar developments, to renovations, large and small. Stephanie is extremely well organized and creative, with a great eye for detail. She is a prize-winning artist, passionate about design from layout to sourcing, and can help you to make your renovation a bit special.

Her greatest attribute though is her huge commitment to client satisfaction. As our leader, she is determined that our clients will become our greatest advocates. Stephanie will help you through the process from start to finish, whether you are an old hand or new to the many challenges of upgrading your home.

Gareth Guy  /  Director

Gareth has been in the construction industry for 22 years and has worked both as a carpenter and supervisor. During this time he has worked on many commercial and domestic projects, with a variety of focusses.  His experience has included construction in schools, domestic and commercial properties.

Gareth has developed a very keen eye for detail and is a perfectionist at his craft.  He is always looking for ways to improve individual processes and to streamline and develop our methods on domestic renovations to produce top quality outcomes with minimum time wastage. 

Gareth has been a leader in the development of efficient processes for building and building maintenance. He believes strongly in open and straight forward communication with his clients and keeping them informed during every step of the build process.

His greatest satisfaction is in handing over a finished renovation that has not only met, but significantly exceeded the client’s expectations.

Gareth is a multiple award winner for achievements in service in the industry.

He lives on the surf coast, he is a very affable man and has a relaxed and honest style which creates easy rapport and promotes professional trust.

Michael Mabuti / Director and Registered Builder

Michael is a Registered Builder with over 25 years experience in the Building and Construction Industry. Commencing as a Project Manager working with his father at Mabuti Homes, Michael then studied Planning and Design (Property & Construction) at University of Melbourne followed by Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles at Carson Group and Coffey Projects for 8 years. 

Michael started his own building company, Seventy7 Projects, in 2012 specialising in high end architectural residential renovations, extensions and new homes construction. 

Michael’s role at Glencairn Projects is Registered Builder leading the team to delivering projects of high quality.  He brings a very practiced eye to design, with a strong focus on detail, form and function.  Michael is meticulous in his approach and has a wealth of experience across all levels of home building and renovation.
